Paper submission
Submitted papers must describe original work not submitted elsewhere. Papers must not be longer than 12 single-spaced pages. Papers should contain an abstract of approximately 300 words, and include title, authors and affiliations.
Please submit your papers online using the paper submission form.
Camera ready
Final versions of accepted papers must be formatted according to Springer-Verlag's instructions under section Information for LNCS authors -> Proceedings and Other Multiauthor Volumes.
Be aware that the paper length is strictly limited:
- full papers, to 12 pages;
- short papers, to 10 pages.
The final camera ready version due date is September 5th. Shepherding is assumed to have already been done by this date.
Submission of the final version must be done through the web site. Authors will have to provide us with the following elements in an archive ([.zip|.tar.gz|.tgz|.tar] are ok):
- the source files of the document, which means:
- TeX files and figures (PS/EPS/PDF) and bibtex files if any;
- or Word and RTF files;
- any other "non-standard" things used (styles, fonts, etc.);
- the final DVI and/or PS.
Copyright form
The authors are asked to complete and sign the copyright form. Without it, the paper will not be included in the proceedings. It is sufficient if one author from each contribution signs the form on behalf of all the other authors.
The copyright form is available from Springer's LNCS site mentionned above as a PDF file (local copy).
This form must then be returned to the MIPS organizers either by normal mail or by fax, no later than September 5th, at:
